Currency

All prices are displayed as and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Payment Processing

Payment can be made via either PayPal or Stripe. PayPal and Stripe are both third party payment processing applications for information regarding them please visit their websites.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order item will have longer turnaround times than regular stock items. Specific details pertaining to each pre-order can be found on the respective product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Shipping charges are as follows.

Canada & USA - $10 for one shirt, $6 per piece for more than one shirt (2 shirts would be $12).

International - $15 for one shirt, $8 per piece for more than one shirt (2 shirts would be $16).

Most orders should be delivered in 5-10 business days. International orders may have increased delivery times. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Though we try to keep this page as accurate as possible, shipping prices are subject to change without notice and without stating so on this page.

Shipping Locations

We will ship anywhere in the world that the post office will allow us. If you don't see your country on the list contact us and we will look into options for you.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Most standard orders do not include tracking. In the case that your order does include tracking we will include the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. We do not guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
